Welcome to Sparkamusements! Below are answers to some of the most common questions about ordering, shipping, payments, returns, and customer support.


1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. How long does shipping take?

Our estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days.

This includes:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 3–4 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.


3. What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (EST).

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping rates start at $6.90 USD for eligible orders.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already entered processing or shipment.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.


7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes — if you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee changes after this period.


8. Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns for items that are:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect item selection by the customer.


9. How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.


10. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.


11. How long do refunds take?

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


12. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.


13. Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping costs for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Yes. We offer local pickup from:
